You can verify the latter by looking at the third digit > of the VIN. no it's a 74 for sure. the engine has # has been verified as the original too... (block, anyway) What we need to do is figure out if the Injectors are D or L jetronic. The distributor is incorrect, for it has triggerpoints when the engine uses an airflowmeter (the airflow meter is not hooked up) and the manifold is incorrect too.
