[T3] '67 Square pic, parts, question

First, here's a pic of my new '67:

Parts:
I started looking over the new Squareback and here are some parts needed:
1. Left hand/driver's side elbow from fan shroud to upper heat exchanger.
2. Big wide clamp for elbow to upper heat exchanger, need 2
3. Small wide clamp from elbow to metal tube by head, need 1
4. Left hand side metal tube from elbow to air mixer hose, next to head

Question:
1. Has anyone ever fixed the up/down flap control for the heater by your
feet?  My passenger one has all the parts just sitting there in the heater
channel.
