<x-charset iso-8859-1>Could be adjustment - maybe got the mixture screws a bit too rich, or accelerator pump injecting too much. Having a hobby CO meter is so useful when getting that mixture set right. Of course, it might be a timing adjustment or advance mechanism fault too. Dave. Got a basically stock 1600 just rebuilt w/ the 32pdsits (just rebuilt too). However, when I accelerate I get the good ole air cooled hesitation---just at a very slight acceleration, then it disappears. Could it be that my engine and carbs are still super new ( I doubt it). I am wondering what kind of jets I should have in the car all the way around. > > Could someone email me and/or direct me to some good info on which jets I should try and even how to. > > > > Thanks Guys! > > Dave > > > > > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------ > Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com. > ------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe? mailto:type3-request@vwtype3.org, Subject: unsubscribe > </x-charset>
