[T3] Carb setup direction...

Can any of you direct me to some good info on setting up my carbs. Got a basically stock 1600 just rebuilt w/ the 32pdsits (just rebuilt too). However, when I accelerate I get the good ole air cooled hesitation---just at a very slight acceleration, then it disappears. Could it be that my engine and carbs are still super new ( I doubt it). I am wondering what kind of jets I should have in the car all the way around.

Could someone email me and/or direct me to some good info on which jets I should try and even how to.
