You really haven't given us much to go on, but if you can answer some questions, maybe we can help narrow down the problem. The key to troubleshooting is to narrow down the possibilities until there are so few of them that the solution is clear. When you turn the key ON do you hear some relays click? Is this car still fuel injected? When you turn your key ON, do you see 2 red lights on under the fuel gauge? What happens to these lights when you turn the headlights on? What happens to these lights when you turn the key to START? When you turn the key to START I gather that there is a rather loud clunk, but the starter doesn't turn. Is that right?
