<x-charset iso-8859-1>Mine is clean! Of course, she's not a daily driver...
Still, after many years of living on a DUSTY dirt road, there wasn't much
caked on (air passages not blocked). I can see where an oil leak would be
cause for more concern. Back when I was younger and I would clean the car I
would hose water UP into the cylinder area to clean the engine. Never
caused any problems that I was aware of, though doing it when the engine was
hot probably wasn't a good idea (I was little, I liked the steam). I still
do this but now the engine is cool when I wash her.
