<x-charset iso-8859-1>Yeah, that would be a good idea . Under the FI sensor is far from alot of the usual heat near the combustion chamber or the exahust. I opted for the exhaust side because of the lack of fins and the constant hot gases. The other bolts as well as the plugs get a little cooler when the intake comes in. What are the usual temps that you see using your plug temp \ setup? Thinking of placing one or two on your engine ? > Yea, I have mine under the #3 plug and as you said it's pain in the you know what when it's time to change plugs. I tried under the FI head temp sensor and I got a much cooler reading than the spark plug so I went back to the plug. I like the under the head bolt idea alot though. Next time the engine is rebuilt that would be the way to go... Craig !----------------------------! ! Craig Woolston ! ! '70 Sqback, FI, AT->MT ! !
