My speedometer started making a loud squealing noise. It did continue to work, though. I disconnected the cable so I wouldn't have to listen to the noise any more, which was driving me nuts. A friend of mine with a '65 bus got his speedo re-built by a guy here in Denver, for $100. I'm considering going this route. It's a lot more expensive than getting a used one (I found a couple of them for $15), but who knows how long a used one would last? What do you think? Does anyone know if the 67 speedo is the same as the '68? I think they should be the same, but what is wrong with your old one? I have good used ones and can fix some problems in the originals. _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com ------------------------------------------------------------------- Search old messages on the Web!
