Please use the [INVASION] list as you like for discussing all aspects of the invasion -- caravan routes, activities during the invasion, lodging, etc. etc. This doesn't mean that invasion issues are off-topic on the main [T3] list -- it's just that as the invasion gets closer, there will be more nitty-gritty details that will be of particular interest only to participants.
