<x-charset iso-8859-1>hi ive had a bot pop off a couple of weeks ago when i jacked the front end up on mine to grease all the nipples up there . i popped it back on and replaced the rubber band thing with a real thin cable tie but i have a feeling that this amount of movement in a bottom bal joint is not so good as it has never done this before! ball joints are listed at csp here in germany dont know if they would actually have them in stock mind if i ordered them? but it is now on the to-do list i have my tuv/mot test in july i may just see what that brings . on a side note this is the only joint out of the four without the hole in the top for a grease fitting and there fore the only one that hasnt received a little sqirt at lube time mmmm! and this also means that it is the newest as the later ones are the ones that came without! reckon if you have to change them then if you can get them get ones with the little cap in the top that you can take it out and fit a nipple. then remember to grease them as you do your beam. neil verdon 66 sqr on irs pan off the spedo in germany if i can soon to be fitted with t4 power. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Search old messages on the Web!
