Sounds like 2 rather simple problems: There's something wrong (blocked) with your crankcase ventilation system, and the gasket on you dipstick is probably broken. I wonder if this is the original engine? Sometimes engines get swapped around between different years and the ventilation systems are different. Then if you don't have a consistent set of parts you can have this problem.
