Well, either you have the same wheels and tires as the eBay guy, *snicker*, or you have lost the little rubber inspection caps from the backing plate of your left rear brake drum. There should be four on each drum, two holes are for checking the thickness of the shoe lining, and the other two are for adjusting the shoes. I didn't have ANY on my car for the longest time and once I did the 2+2 and put the caps on, I couldn't believe the difference in the rain. Really cheap fix. If you can't get them right away, an even cheaper temporary fix would be some duct tape over the holes.
