Floors and rockers are indeed a major project, but this might be a worthy 
one if the numbers really match. I didn't think the "S" version were out as 
early as '64, however. Don't take my word on this, others will know better.

See if you can get him to do a weld-in steel floor repair. It's a MUCH better 
option. The fiberglass will be unsatisfying for many reasons.
