It could be possible that the middle windows actually was installed at 
the factory, or they could've been installed a long time ago. As I have 
mentioned earlier, my parents bought a 64 panel in 69 and had windows 
installed. The car they had was fully fitted with a proper Variant 
interior, which I believe was optional on the panel vans.
