Re: [T3] gen/VR trouble


A good battery and a running car should have around 11.5 or 12V at the
battery, with the lights on it should still be close to 11.

8V... (if its really 8) at the battery indicates a bad battery if you had
just charged it.... they can develop internal shorts.
