I can relate to unethical folks out there posing as "business men" when they 
are really just inexperienced (or experienced) conmen.  I was totally 
scammed by a man in Citrus Heights, CA -Kelvin Warren.  Avoid him-trust me.

It's been alomg time since I posted, but I thought I'd warn you guys not to
make a deal with this guy on the Samba. Trevor Pippin from Canada.

He had some mud flaps listed, I told him I'd take them if he still had them.
Not even a hint of trying to haggle him down.

He emails me back states his payment terms and suggests he can ship them 
COD.
I said great. He emails me back saying that someone offered him more, will I
beat it. I basically stated that I was under the impression that we had a
deal, I will leave the bidding wars for ebay and I hoped that he would honor
his deal. He emails back saying the other guy offered him even more, and
apologizing. Amazing how people will act over twenty bucks.

Sorry for the rant but a deal is a deal. Apologizing for bad behavior 
doesn't
make it right. I would pay double the asking price for these flaps if he
wasn't such a bozo. Avoid this guy.
