Well, what is going wrong with them? How are they failing? Does the
motor part die, or does it just quit pumping fuel?
My was completely frozen when I got my '71 FB, but it had been sitting
for 15 years with water in the gas tank. I got it to run for a couple
months, but it finally failed. The motor ran, but the pump quit. The
little drive pin sheared.
I replaced mine with the pump from a Ford Ranger pickup. Has been
working for over a year now.
