I've used Paypal for several years and for thousands of transactions - both sending and receiving money. Never a single problem. The situations where people had their accounts "frozen" for "no reason" were because of infractions of Paypal's policies which these bozos agreed to but apparently never read. I've yet to hear of a FIRST HAND story of any bad experience with Paypal.
