not sure what that has to do with paypal. that's just a thief and a 
whole bunch of really stupid users...

honestly, whoever still answers scams like that and sends out their 
passwords just needs to be punished. it's just like all those people 
who, despite countless virus horror stories, open any and all email 
attachments that come their way...
