I have the same thing with my Fastback. I was tuning it yesterday and noticed after I opened the throttle and let it go, it would stay at about 1200 or so RPM. I found that by twisting the linkage closed it would slow the idle, but I couldn't see what was causing it to stick open. I was going to try lubricating the throttle cable today and see if that made any difference.
