As a rule of thumb for any automobile, any location where the suspension meets the body is a strong and safe place to lift or hold the body. This is because that point has to actually hold the body of the vehicle. It's where the suspension 'holds up' the body so by nature (or engineering ;-) ) it is a strengthened point.
