Also next time you call Moon Eyes ask for the VW guy. Very knowageable and helpfull. Remember Moon Eyes is a very large company and we must all thank them for picking up the Flat Four line, otherwise you would NOT be able to get stuff. ronnie ps. I do have a Flat Four Banjo wheel, adapter and Lady horn button on my wifes rag top bug and love it. In the immortal words of Jim Adney, all that "Billet" means is that a larger piece of metal was machined down into a smaller one. The adapter part I was looking for was I-236, which is about the size of the nut that holds the steering wheel on. The steering wheel is $189 + 85 for the adapter + 69.50 for the golden lady horn button + $5 royalty charge. The steering wheel therefore costs $348.50. not $189. Flat-4 is also a very large company. They used to have West Coast Classic Restorations as their distributor. Someone had to pick up the Flat-4 line of products, when West Coast Classics backed out. I can see why they backed out, now. How would you like to handle products that double in cost as you analyze them. It stinks.
