I have a '72 T3 automatic fuel injected squareback. Starting about a month ago the vehicle starting dieing whenever I stopped and let the engine idle. The problem then progressed to dieing while I was still moving. Now the vehicle will not start. A couple of knowns are that if I change out the spark plugs I can get the car to start, but that fix is lasting shorter and shorter distances. I would like to solve this problem. The engine is in good condition and this problem has me totally perplexed. Is it the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel injectors, ...? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
