<x-charset iso-8859-1>That taper is absolutely necessary to center the wheel on the studs and to
keep the wheel from chocking around on the lug stud/bolt.  ALL wheels have
tapored mount holes.  I believe the angle is a standard in the industry but
dont quote me on that...
