of beer at the show Brian did tell him that it was not alowed. Admit that 
Phil was not in a hurry to throw it away.

Let's give Phil till Sept.6 to do the honorable thing and reimburse Brian 
for at least for his costs. If Phil does not do it. Then I say lets us all 
pitch in to to see that it is covered. $4 was real cheep for this event. 
Depending on what Phil does I'll set up the fund on Sept.6.
