<x-charset iso-8859-1>When pumping in the grease, do it slowly and quickly. Too fast and it will bypass some old stale grease, and too slow and the grease will find soft spots to go around the older hard stuff. Kinda do it both ways, mixing and matching. The object is to force out the old stuff and replace ALL of it with new. Check again after a couple of months of use, to see what old got softened with the addition of new. Have two tubes on hand, once you start this task, complete it, you don't want to have to go under there again anytime soon. Hand wipe the old grease as it comes out with a paper towel and you can see what is coming out, and wipe the general area at the same time cleaning old crusty stuff and a fun time will be had by all! ??? Any recommendations on suspension up/down relative to normal drive location? Lift up and let wheels dangle or in normal operating position, or both? ???
