<x-charset iso-8859-1>Hi all, The next thing on my to do list is to grease the front axle. I bought the grease gun and some grease, and I just want to make sure I have the right grease. The books seem rather unforthcoming about what kind to use. The type I have is "Premium Moly Lubricant" no 2. There is an official looking notice on it saying "NLGI National Lubricating Grease Institute Automotive Chassis Lubricant LB" It also says "Not Recommended for Wheel Bearings on Vehicles with Disc Brakes", but as I am not intending to use it on the wheel bearings, I don't see what difference this makes.
