<x-charset ISO-8859-1>Well that was the best 4 days i've had in a long time! I had no problems on teh way there , but on the way back was a different thing. It got worse once I left Toby's. I had horrible hesitation, coughing, and a backfiring! I had a small exhaust leaked caused by not having a gasket on my header due to my stinger coming off in oregon. I pulled over at a rest stop to check things out. Open my engine cover look around to see if any thing was loose, and my dizzy cap is OFFF!!!! it was on just enough so my car would run. I put it back on and off I went. I still had the coughing a few times but it would go away at teh higher rpms. Today i bought a new gasket(btw the had a copper one too, gunna get that one later) and installed it. I checked my timing and i was WAY off. Some how my timing 5-7 degrees ATDC. MAn no wonder my car was so slow coming home. NOW she is running like a bat out of hell. lots of torque. BUt now i notice that my clutch is slipping when I'm shifting at 4500. I ! also have a few leaks so i'll just pull teh engine to take care of all of them so i'll be ready for yakima! So glad i have faces i can put to all these names now! Can't wait till next time.
