For both caravans, take the WATT AVE exit and head North.  There's a
few stop lights keep going North until you go under an overpass.
The base will be on your left.  Keep driving to the 2nd stop light,
and make a left hand turn into the base.  I believe the name of the
street is Airbase Dr. Once through the gate, take the 2nd right, and
you'll see the gas station up ahead on the right, the food complexes
are across the street.  You can see best by this map:
