You might get lucky with one of the ex-British colonies (ie Jamaica),
but I think you've got a better shot getting a relatively rust free one
from Australia (where I live) rather than England. We don't salt the
roads here, and so rust is likely to be superficial in most parts except
for the usual spots (behind A pillars, battery compartment, etc).
Shipping is probably going to be more expensive than purchasing the car.
If you're after a project car, many good straight examples can be had
for about $250-$500 USD. If you're after a restored type 3, look to pay
about $3k - $5k USD and more for something really special.

Subject: [T3] right hand drive fasty?
Hello everyone im new to all this but I have been into type 3's for a
long
time. Anyway what I wanted to know is how hard would it be to get a
right
hand drive fasty over here? Where would be the closest place to the US
to
get one and how expensive would it be to get it over here? I really want
a
right hand drive type 3 cause it would be really different. Thank you
all in
advance for the help.
Chris.
