[T3] Hood saddle screws, any experience with hood alignment?

I have been trying to tweak my hood in perfect
alignment, this is quite the task because apparently
once upon a time my hood got tweaked itself. I've
realized that the hinge saddle bolt is really worn,
and so is the hole it seats. I can weld the hole and
re-form it but I have no clue as to where I can get
this bolt. There are no VW parts yard around me. 
Any info/eperience appreciated.
Any1 know a parts place in So. Cal.?
