[T3] i.d. some relays?

	I have a couple of Type III relays in my pile of electrical 
stuff, and I'm trying to identify these two:

	311-941-581C
	311-941-583A

The first one is in a box that says "Abblendrelais/Lichthupe" and 
"Kombi-Relais" on it.  They all say "100W" on them.  Are they 
headlight relays?  Does anybody know the year and application of 
these parts?
