good cleaning, take them out clean them well with carb
cleaner then clean the contacts with a business
card,wipe the lobes inside the distrubtor. Apply some
lube to the lobes and the plastic rider on the points,
this should fix them. If not,I have a distrubutor that
I cut down so I could adjust the points, they are
adjusted to .016. I have adjusted many of them and
they run well. Phil
