Check their web site, but I think this would run about $150.

Again, check with them, but somewhere between $300 and $500.

You might want to send the rods to RIMCO first and get them rebuilt before 
balancing.

For longevity I would add the full flow filter before the counterweighted crank 
and balanced engine parts. You could do without both of these options, but I 
would not skip sending the case to RIMCO.

Sounds like a great adventure, and a good story for your grandchildren. But 
you're right, it has to be done with care and forethought.
