[T3] Bottom line for rustproofing

<x-charset iso-8859-1>Hiya folks.

First off, the discussion of POR 15 was just what I needed. This afternoon,
I finished scraping, brushing, filing, and cursing at my rotten floorpan.
It's now ready for the cut-n-weld. After that, sandblasting, and
reconstruction. But here's where things got grey for me in the discussion:

Was the warning away from undercoating exclusive advice against using it
inside the car, or was it against using it at all?

Here's my current (and infinitely liquid) plan -- please let me know where
I'm bass ackwards, and I'll be infinitely grateful:

1. cut the old rot free and weld new floor pans: scheduled for Tuesday
2. Sandblast the remainder of the crud from the pan (don't worry -- I
cleaned an 8-inch path to bare metal everywhere a weld is to happen so it
would stick)
3. POR15. POR15, POR15, POR 15.
4. I like the idea of the bedliner stuff on the interior portion of the
pan -- should I not do that? Same problem as with the undercoating? If it's
worthwhile, I'm all over it. The stuff's on sale this week for 75 bucks.
5. Undercoat? More POR 15? Some other mystery product?
6. Sacrifice a socket wrench for the tool gods and begin a careful
reassembly.

Thanks all for any and all input. And again, thanks for the discussion on
POR 15. It made it seem less like snake oil and more like a good thing. If
it's not, don't tell me. I already spent the money. =0)
