<x-flowed>Try liberally oiling the jack and excersizing it through all the motions. then wipe off the extra oil. I had to do that to mine, and then it worked perfectly. Unfortunately the jak mount on the drivers side, is FUBAR, and the jack will get shot out of the mount as soon as you get the weight off wheels.
