<x-flowed>Charlie, If very slight waves, body flexing, is all it is, don't waste your time unless you want a show car. If a shop is going to do the painting, chances are they will add some waves of their own, unless they block it, after you have alredy spent hours sanitizing the panels. If you want the experience and do your own painting, then take your time and go for it. Patience is virtuous. Definitely ask questions. Should you decide to tackle this, I'm sure there must be some high solid content primer/surfacer's in the UK.
