[T3] running rough (update)

Dist cap and rotor are new, and look good.

Not sure what you mean here, they are copper core empi spark plug wires
and are new, resistance across 1 wire is 0.7 ohm. Are the stock ones
special?
>Pull the SP and take a close look at it. If the gap is too wide adjust
it. >If the corners of the center electrode are rounded replace it.
Spark plugs are new, gapped correctly, and look good.

The regulator read about 13.8v when I first started her up and it was
running fine, once it warmed a little it started to lope and at idle I
got about 13.3v, at high idle, I gat about 13.5v. I decided to turn on
the lights and such to see what happened. When I turned on the head
lights, it darn near died but then came back a little. So i turned on
the windshield wipers too, and each time they started up the glass, the
engine would almost die, so I would give it gas. I left it at idle the
wipers would have killed it
I am guessing that I need a new voltage regulator, could this be
anything else?
