'Joy-riders' seem to just get released again (well, they had a bad upbringing), maybe a year in jail for taking with intent to deprive, and maybe 4 years for someone involved in 'ringing' (organised changing of car identities and selling on). Hanging them up by a tender part of their anatomy till it drops off has gone out of fashion, but is still too good for them if it were my Type 3 they stole! Dave.
