I would like to add to this message. I just finish installing the front and rear window rubber and trim. Not in that order, I had my seals installed last week and the installer did not mention that I needed to put the trims on the glass first and then the whole thing ( glass, with rubber on and trim ). So some time this week I wrote you guys to get a expert opinion on the matter. Every one but one listee told me that I needed the glass off the vehicle, I went back to the windshield shop and the cheapest was $100.00 without guarantee or liability that they would not break the glass. I decided to give a try and installed the trim with the glass on my Fasty and I am glad I did. I won't say it was easy but with the tool I believe "Russ" said that he used ( Orange Peeler ). I managed to install. I am very happy with the result as well as with the look my fasty. On the same note before I had the seals in the glass was leaking and now is not, I guess the trim took some of the space and sealed it. Thanks all for the help where I live the nearest VW shop is 20 miles and is a one man do it all shop that is only opened 5 days a week and from 9:00-5:00. With my schedule "Government Job" and all the current events is not much help...
