[T3] Aftermarket spark plug wires

Ok, before everyone yells "Stay with stock!", here's my dilema.  I'm running
CB Performance 044 heads with the 12mm spark plugs and a set of Dell'Orto
40's with shorty manifolds.  When I have the carbs mounted, I'm not able to
plug the spark plug wires on.  If I loosen the carb and put them on, then
the manifold hits the connector by the wire and puts a strain on them.  I
have the standard Bosch 7mm wires for a Type 3.

Are there any other styles that may have a shorter connector (spark plug
end) or maybe a 90 deg angle?  Has anyone else run into this?
