[T3] buying a squareback-what to loof for?

Greetings--

I'm new to the list and am looking for a squareback in SoCal. I will be 
looking at one or more in the next day or so. Any info on what to look out 
for would be appreciated--and what to look for. Where's rust hide (may not be 
 a problem in this climate)? What are expensive problems to repair and what 
to look out for and avoid? Even price range info will be greatly appreciated.
