<x-charset iso-8859-1>First off... use a 63/37, and a 40W iron. A good non-acid flux is necessary on some of the wiring as the insulation has left a layer of oxidation on the copper, I especially noticed this on the FI harness wiring. Dip the wire in the flux, tin it and solder. make sure you get the wire hot enough to burn off the flux when done.
