<x-charset iso-8859-1>Obviously a super candidate for restoration. Did anyone notice that the car has been at least partially repainted? All the rubber appears to be bad, rusty bumper body side trim seems flattened in many places and no pictures of the other rusty areas....new clutch, but no mention of engine condition, dry rotted tires etc. A nice car for maybe 3,000-3,500 bucks. For 5 grand it'd have to be near perfect. Yeah, I'm an optimist! :-) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Everett Barnes" <everettb@thesamba.com> To: <type3@vwtype3.org> Sent: Tuesday, October 23, 2001 10:48 AM Subject: [T3] Re: [T3] '66 N model Notchback > Speaking of 1600L... > > http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=596931393 > > Regards, > Everett Barnes > http://www.thesamba.com > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------- > List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list or mailto:help@vwtype3.org > > </x-charset>
