<x-charset iso-8859-1>If your as messy as I am you could also check if the pressure plate press-on (that's the part that meets the throwout bearing n earlier type clutchs) is level i.e. Parallel to the pressure plate itself this can be adjusted with the screws at the base of the arms. or check if the pressure plate is smooth. Though, this would require dropping the engine, I've fixed this problem before in half a days work.
