I don't know if I could help you here or not. > Well if I had to guess without having it in my hands to play with, I would say there are two problems. 1. The usual, as Jim said, which is a dirty set of winder contacts, and, 2. Your clock is plugged in to the wrong terminal on the fuse block. Let us know if you need any more help with either.
