Yes, it's the little one that may be giving you this problem. (Or are 
there 3 wires: a big and medium molded into the battery clamp, 
and a small one that connects to the FI separately.

To pull out the big plastic airbox you have to pull out the radio and 
the air controls. It helps to take the glove box off first to help with 
access. The airbox is held in place by 4 small bolts at the very top 
which point straight up. After the airbox is out you can reach up 
there with your hand and pull out any debris. 

It is usually not necessary to take out the airbox, but it makes it 
easier to to a thorough job.
