[T3] thesamba site pics (was "Resparked")

<x-charset iso-8859-1>Hi Everett,
Well, here are the cars I owned or had personal dealings with.

Type 3 pics section, Squarebacks:

Page 2 bottom right.
Peach Squareback- Keri Vierra's (my ex-girlfriend) from San Jose. Last I saw
it was about 2 years ago sitting in her parents drive way rotting away.
Featured in Hot VW's after this picture (had Momo Quasar's and a few other
changes) sometime in 91-93 with my license plate (4EVERSQ-note the
expiration date on the tags of the plate against the date of the magazine).

Page 6 top right.
Nate's (an old friend) white 65 Square he bought from me and my yellow
fastback (that was on the cover of Hot VW's-note that the plate reads
SPEDWEL in this pic, which would make it after the Hot VW's photo shoot) in
front of my old 3000 sq ft shop in Oakdale, California. The fastback is now
in Modesto, California and has been abused so badly it makes me sick. Truly
a waste.

I originally started this project for Dave. He took it after it was painted
and it was still stripped of all parts for painting. "On-pan" driver type
restoration. It was finished by ISP West I believe.

Type 3 pics section, Notchbacks:
Page 4, bottom left
My late 64 Sea Blue Notch. Original paint except for the front that was
primered. Under-carriage was detailed and waxed. That's why the rear wheel
was removed in the pic. Car came with a near new condition wood slat roof
rack and bunge type straps that my friend still has. This was my driver for
about 1 year and eventually went to Japan.

Type 3 pics section, Wrecked/Junked:
Top pic
I believe this is my friends back yard.

It would take quite a while to scan and post all of my T3 photos. I have A
LOT more than you have on your site all-together. Most likely in the four
digit range. I'll think about sending you some of the more interesting ones.
Anything in paticular you are looking for?

Keep up the good work on the site, I think it is incredible what you have
done so far.

Pat D.
