<x-charset iso-8859-1>221975 is the first vin # of the 64 model year which was built in late 63. This paticular car (vin #247098) would be a 64 which were occasionally registered as 63's because of the date at which they were sold new. For Australia most of there cars were basically a RHD "N" model . Push-pull headlight/wiper switches with the black metal or plastic block off plate would be "correct" for this car. It will most likely have bullit style turn indicators, no side chrome, no passenger side outside door lock, markers above the body line, no overriders, painted vent window assemblies, and prop rods for the hood and deck lids. Inside most had a typical "N" style interior with the non-wrap around dash (no split in the speaker grill), flat door panels, bug style armrest, no passenger visor, no clock, and a few other minor un-needed trim items (especially in the trunks). Motor was probably a single side draft as well. Seat is doubtfully a hounds tooth 61-63 style like Scott was probably hoping, but just as rare in good condition anyways. Should have a gray seat base with gray knob just like Scott's 65 square seat should be. I would be interested in knowing if the front apron has a full "mickey mouse" horn grill or just the half of circle style. My guess is full mickey. I know there has to be someone on list from Australia that is very knowledgeable on T3's. Please add, subtract or correct me if I'm wrong. Great find in original paint. That makes it worth even more to me. Many single parts on that car are worth what he is trying to sell the whole car for! PLEASE BUY IT!
