My '71 is running with the pump off a 1985 Ford Ranger Pickup. (OH, I said
the "F" word). It only has a suction and a pressure fitting, so I just have
the third hose blocked off. Been running just fine for about a year this way.
I used this pump because the shop where I was at when the orginal went bad,
had it sitting on the shelf used, and gave it to me.
BTW, it is a Bosch made pump, just made to Ford's spec's. (ooops, I said the
"F" word again)
